You’ll probably have gathered by now that DigitalMud isn’t just another PR/marketing/web design firm moving into social media because that’s where all the action seems to be. It is where the action is, but only using social media for PR or marketing is to fail to realise its true potential.

We believe in using social media as the starting point for positive organisational change, which is why we approach this as management consultants and not PRs. We want you to dazzle your customers like they have never been dazzled before.

Mapping

Using a combination of dogged determination, nosiness, smart search strings, sophisticated social media software, search engines beyond just Google and good old fashioned diligence we will paint you a rich picture of what the internet thinks of your business. We will identify who is talking about you, who should be talking about you, what people think of your competition and a whole host of other information. For example, which of your marketing messages are resonating with people and what themes are most commonly mentioned in relation to brand. This process can even help your search engine optimisation.

Becks is our resident customer service maestro and leads these sessions by drawing on her experience and training and then adding a little bit of Australian good humour. Her training credentials are impeccable given that she ran a training company for frontline medical professionals in Sydney.
