Our director of research is a geek. There, we’ve said it. A proper 24/7 geek who really wanted to be called the director of intelligence because it sounded cooler than director of research. Becks is a science graduate, which more or less cements her geek credentials.

Becks is also a very successful businesswoman and ran her own, highly specialised healthcare business in Sydney, Australia, for six years before selling-up and moving to the UK in late 2008 in search of a new adventure and a new challenge.

Before becoming a scientist and entering the healthcare industry Becks studied business while becoming a customer service guru under the strict instruction of a Park Hyatt hotel management traineeship. She then travelled the world with P&O as an officer and senior manager.

That background of science and service, when mixed with Australian plain speaking, a data fetish and an abiding love of technology is a potent combination. Becks will help your business to new levels and she will ensure you offer truly world class customer service through social media.
